The Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible. 

Beauty N' Mink Guarantee

Beauty N' Mink guarantees quality work, quality experience, and safe application practices. If you have any concerns with the rendered services, please contact our owner or staff to discuss your concerns. 

 

APPOINTMENTS

Our lash tech(s) operate primarily by appointment and provides all information on expectations prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointment bookings require a nonrefundable and non-transferable deposit. Please come to your appointment free of all makeup and with clean lashes. Please be advised that it is ultimately the client's responsibility to remember upcoming appointments. 

Please be advised that masks are mandatory to enter into Beauty N'Mink Salon. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Clients have up to 24 hours from the scheduled date and time to reschedule/cancel appointments. If clients have any scheduling conflicts and arrangements, please contact 762-323-9812.

NO CALL NO SHOW

In the event that a client fails to reschedule and/ or cancel an appointment, the client is considered a "no show". Please be advised that by booking with Beauty N' Mink, the client is agreeing that we reserve the right to collect a no call no show fee from the card on file. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Time is important at Beauty N' Mink, and we book services that gives each client an exceptional lash experience. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure sufficient time for quality results. The extension prep process generally takes about 15 minutes. Clients who arrive late may jeopardize their desired look due to time limitations. Beauty N' Mink will only allow a 15-minute grace period.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and then released for shipping. Shipping within the United States usually arrive in 2-5 business days. Unfortunately, we do not process, or ship orders on weekends, or public holidays. Please double check your shipping information, before placing your order. Beauty N' Mink is not held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, or lost due to customer error. If you have any questions please email us at contact@beautynmink.com

 

REFUNDS

Please be advised that all services are nonrefundable and nontransferable to other services and/or future appointments. However, Beauty N' Mink provides extended service to correct any unsatisfactory application up to 2 days from services. 

 

LASH FILL-INS

All fill-ins are based on 40 - 50% of retained extensions, otherwise anything less than the lash fill requirement. 

If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done by other lash artists to ensure the integrity of the Beauty N' Mink set.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

Due to limited seating and ongoing global health outbreaks, Beauty N' Mink requires all clients to refrain from bringing extra guests to your service appointment. No children accepted under any and all circumstances due to sharp and hazardous equipment and supplies in the salon.
